Data Protection Officer
At Werner Tiernahrung GmbH & Co. KG, fewer than 20 people are usually permanently involved in the automated processing of personal data. Therefore, there is currently no legal obligation to appoint a data protection officer according to Section 38 (1) BDSG. Should the number of people involved in data processing increase in the future, we will review the appointment of a data protection officer and adapt this declaration accordingly.

Order Data / Contract Processing

Shipping Service Provider
To deliver your order, we pass on your name and delivery address to DPD Deutschland GmbH, Wailandtstraße 1, 63741 Aschaffenburg. The transmission only takes place to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. In some cases, DPD transmits your email address to the shipping service provider in advance of delivery to inform you about the shipment status, for example, if you have agreed to this during the order process.
